Workout of the week

Here's the official workout of the week. This will help you drop pounds fast and easy.

30 squats
35 crunches
25 push-ups
40 crunches
35 squats
100 jumping jacks

Repeat as often as desired

It's a really good workout that will get your body moving. Also it can be done anywhere and except for the jumping jacks it's super quiet and easy to hide!
